It only happens between 40-50 MPH and it almost feels like it’s going back and forth from 3rd gear into overdrive, also happens when I go up on an solid incline also and shakes pretty rough. I am wondering if it is a solenoid in the transmission or if the entire gear is absolutely jacked?

The shake is most likely an ignition issue. Replace the plugs, cap/rotor(brass terminals) and wires if needed.
