Got a new power steering pump. Removed the vacuum pump and power steering pump together. Now it doesn’t seem to line up when I’m trying to put it back together. Any recommendations?
You removed only half of the vacuum pump. Remove the front part of the pump too, and assemble the vacuum pump, then test fit the PS pump. IIRC, there's not enough room to mount them together. It's been some 15 years or so when I rebuilt my vac pump, so I can't remember exactly how it went. But I do recall that when I replaced the PS pump on a later date, there were some issues with it...
