Default 1998 5.9 magnum Cam/Crank Sensor

Ok I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 360 auto trans. I just put a new motor in stainless headers not cat's, PCM was send to B&G Performance to adjust for all.
this being said the cam sensor and or crankshaft sensor codes keep coming up. I have replaced the crank sensor and continue to get the codes. My truck cranks and runs good seems like from time to time it stumbles I'm wondering if i may have the Distibutor on tooth off. any suggestions before i start downing it?

When swapping a motor in these trucks, the crank sensor typically gets damaged unless folks are really careful with it and consciously keep it out of harm's way. When replacing it, please use a MOPAR crank sensor, as aftermarket sensors aren't as accurate/reliable. Also, was the fuel sync set when installing the new motor?
