Default Tranny cooler lines

Hello, what is the best approach to removing the cooler line assembly? I have already disconnected it, and I am having a difficult time removing them. Are there any components that would need to be removed, and would it be best to remove it from the passenger side? I have the 1997 ram 1500 5.9. Thanks in advance!

If you're talking about removing the transmission cooler line from the radiator, at least one of my hoses is held on with a quick connect coupler as it connects to the radiator. You will need a tool like this to remove the hose - https://www.harborfreight.com/4-piec...set-96834.html

I have already disconnected the lines using this tool from both the radiator and the transmission. I was needing to know how to take out the both lines so that I can replace them.

If the lines are removed from the transmission and the radiator, you should be able to snake them out one by one from the vehicle. If you encounter resistance, check to see where the resistance is coming from and remove it.

I tried on a '99 1500 w 5.9 and it's a PITA. I think at the very least the starter needs to come off, and I'm not sure even that is enough
