To Prime or Not
Quick question for all:
Is it a good idea to prime the truck before I start it? Saw a reply from a dude who said he turns the key to aux, waits for it to prime, and then fires it up. Is this something specific to 4x4's or diesels? I am just curios. Thanks in advance for the replies!

no need to prime on an MPI, fuel won't shoot until the flywheel start turning anyway. Your fuel lines should be pressurized even when the vehicle is off.
I don't know if the Diesels need primed, I know the glow plugs are to warm the air going into the engine so that it will start. If you are haivng hard starts with the diesel you should key on til the "start" light goes out then key off and do it again. It could be a sign of your glow plugs getting weak....
