Default Center cap for 5 spoke steel help

I’ve got a 99 1500 with aftermarket 18” wheels, I want to go back to stock size and like the 5 spoke steel pictured (powdercoated black) which I know were a stock 16x7 wheel size for this time frame. I’ve never owned this type of wheel that has this type of center cap - are the caps pictured correct for these wheels? Do they bolt on with the lugs when the wheel is installed? I assume they are ABS plastic, what am I missing?

The part number on the center cap is 52038267. It appears to be a chrome pot metal center cap that was widely used on Mopar vehicles. The center cap appears to be held on by the lug nuts. As for the wheel, not sure what that came off of. Is there a part number on the inside of the rim somewhere?
