Default Random Bog

Recently when I drive my 2001 5.9 i will be driving down the road and I will start to lose power. The engine will start to bog down and it will struggle to go 30mph. And as I slow down the engine will start bouncing through rpm’s really bad and won’t stay alive unless I give it gas. I’ve replaced fuel pump, fixed a evap code, spark plugs, wires, distributor, air filter, iat sensor and have checked the spark plugs. And what confuses me is it is random it’ll will drive fine 2 days and then the next it’ll start doing this. It also happens after I’m having a bit of fun and giving it gas usually.
anything helps thanks

Might want to check your fuel pressure during the time of the bog down to see if the fuel pump is causing this issue, regardless of the fact that it's recently replaced. What type of spark plugs are in the engine? Another item that may be the culprit is the crank sensor going bad. If you decide to replace it, please use a Mopar/Dodge OE crank sensor.
