PCM and fuel connections are causing truck to read no bus. The pcm does not read the vin number. Is it easier to get the pcm reprogrammed so the vin matches or should that have been done already when it was originally replaced.

 

Does your truck have the original PCM? I believe that year truck has the VIN encoded into the PCM. If not, good luck with getting it to run.
