so it seems my PCM has a internal short? Any pins I can check on the plugs going to it? I’m trying to find it in the manual but no luck yet

I would throatily go through the connection from the relay to the connector on the pcm. I don't have a diagram in front of me so you would have to look it up. If you don't find anything it's the pcm. If replacing the pcm isn't something you want to do you could wire in a relay to supply a ground off the asd relay output. The asd relay supply's +12v power to the coil, 02's and injectors. But if the pcm is showing issues it's better to replace it.

I attempted to find the wiring to the evaporator purge and closest I got to was this plug in the engine bay leading to the canister area. Took a picture of the top and don’t see any electrical plugs but did find a hose that’s dry rotted and most likely why it’s throwing that code?
Purge valve in engine bay? Leads to canister but cannot find where the plug is

This ended up being a PCM issue which was still under warranty
