I have a 2001 Ram 1500 4x4 long wheel base.
The windows door lock switch isn't locking the doors or unlocking them.
I have checked all the fuses and traced out what I could find I go on.
Got the repair manual.
Just not that great on following the wiring diagram the way they jump around.

Could someone throw me a bone or point me I the direction on how to resolve the problem.

 

I'm assuming that you're operating the driver's side power door switch and it's not operating the power locks, correct? Did you try the passenger side door switch to see if that operated the passenger side power door lock?

When I 1st got my truck, I had an issue with the passenger side power door lock not working. I ended up replacing the passenger side door latch, which has the power door lock mechanism built into it.
