I need help on putting a 02 5.9 Cummins engine into a 3rd Gen Cummins truck and I need help on what engine mounts to use and the wiring portion of it, any advice greatly appreciated

 

Well, in short you can just use the 3rd gen engine mounts. To make the engine run you just need power ground and key power, using the entire 02 engine harness. If you want cruise control and that stuff to function mght require a lot more in-depth wiring, if its even possible, depending what year 3rd gen.

Why would you want to down grade the truck so bad
