Default tank fuel line options gas?

I would think this has been covered but the search on here doesn't work well for me. I dropped the tank on my 95 2500 gas to work on the pump. the tank was full and I broke off the main feed
and its so rusty I want to replace it up to the nylon line that is north of the tank. it is discontinued from dodge. is there a way to go from the tank to the midpoint connection keeping the stock
unions? I see flexible kits on eBay that will go from the tank but nothing to connect to the midpoint union. the mid point union does not seem To be the same as the tank union, more like a
volvo disconnect. I couldn't get it off with a minimal effort.

I actually bought the replacement Dodge fuel line when it was still available and installed it on my truck, but the nylon section ended up getting kinked. I removed it and installed a decent length of rubber fuel injection hose along with fuel injection clamps. The length of looped rubber fuel injection hose allows me to drop the tank, if ever needed. No issues after several years of use.

There is the heat sensitive line that goes between the two. You are supposed to put it in hot water for a period of time and that makes it flexible so you can install it. I tried working with these a few times and none of them worked. If it did it would get kinked, Just used FI hose and clamps.
