Need help. Transmission seal.
I have a 1998 Dodge ram 1500 5.2 2wd I have literally bought every Transmission front pump seal that O’Reillys and rock auto offer and none of them are the right size. My pumps dimensions inside diameter is 1.5 outside diameter is 2.6 and one point me in the right direction as to what seal. I need

1st off, please make sure that you know which transmission is in your truck. I'd assume a 46RE, but that might not be correct. 2nd, see if there is a part number on the old seal. Once you have a part number, you should be able to find the seal..

I dont have the old seal and yes it’s a 46 re

I believe there are two different ones but don't have the part #'s Have a look in the parts manuals.
