Brush guard on sport model bumper

Brush guard on sport model bumper
So i have a 2001 ram 1500 and i want to put a brush guard on it but i have a sport model and the front bumper on those are obviously different and all the ones i look at say they won't work with the sport bumper. So i was just wondering what i could do to modify fitment to put one on my truck, and to see if anyone else has a sport truck who has put a brush guard on it. Any answers will be appreciated
