Default Electrical issues taillights

So I have a 2001 1500 5.9 V8 Laramie
I have a bit of a electrical issue
I find that while the truck is off, my reverse lights tend to flicker and sometimes stay on, even though the truck is off. The same with my LED third brake light.

The third brake light is attached through the trailer wiring and not through the same as the tail lights

I’m thinking it’s a ground issue but what does everybody think? I really would like to get this figured out

Ground is a possibility, but you would need power feeding to a parallel source to be giving it power. Just confirming the truck is still an automatic. With the truck off the only two places I could see reverse light and battery power close to each out would be the 7 way trailer plug, or the reverse light switch.

Yes, it is an automatic

My third brake light will show up as a daytime running light

Taillights are the reverse lights, dim and erratic
