cylinder 1 misfire

Hi, I have a problem with my number 1 cylinder misfiring. I have changed the plug and a few weeks later it's doing it again. I have all new plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor. Not quite sure why that is the only cylinder I'm having this problem with. Help please.
