I bought a Rancho 3" sport suspension lift for around 500 from Summit. Then another hundred for the RS5000 shocks. Installed it myself in the garage over a weekend. Torgue wrench, normal garage tools, sturdy jack stands and a floor jack. Rides like a buck board though. Assuming it is the shocks since it still uses the factory front springs. The 33"X 15's were rubbing on a hard turn before it was lifted. The 3" body lift was even easier. Now on 35's.

 

if you can drop a truck by yourself or now how to... you can lift a truck... pretty much the same thing but in the opposite dirrection.... same idea just different parts
