Default Damn CAT

Yes, I know there have been several post lately about CAT or no CAT, back pressure, but y'all have yet to give anyone a straight and definate answer, and I'm dying to know because I would like to take mine off too [sm=happybounce.gif]

- Is it good or bad for the engine to take off the CAT (I was thinking of just gutting the SOB)?
- Will it improve or worsen MPG?
- Will it improve or worsen engine performance due to the so call loss of back pressure?
- I have single in dual out flowmaster 40 series, will that suffice in providing enought back pressure?

Thanks for y'all's time guys!

This is just in MY experiances. I lost some MPG, as well as power. But with a Flowmaster 40 on there I can't be to sure it'd be the same for you [&:]
