I have a Westin also on my 99 Sport. You get different brackets to reach under the valence in front.

yea anythings possible or just make your own like i did. this is all hand made and i made it to mount my winch on. what you think?

I forgot to add that mine just bolted on using the brackets supplied, but you have to specify Sport model for the extended brackets, at least with a Westin anyway.
And check your local laws on having the small bars in front of your headlights, in Jersey you can't get through State Inspection with them on.
