Default TOP SPEED PRO-1 headers

I did a search on the forum and didn't see anything so I thought I would ask... Does anyone have any experiance with this brand of headers? I am in need of a quick replacement because my pacesetters are cracked and leaking and I have found a set of these pretty cheap...

they are brand new stainless with all of the gaskets/bolts so I'm thinking they might be a good buy... unless someone has had some bad experiances with them in the past...

They have.5" flanges and are 1' 5/8" on the tubular piping... I think my current headers have 3/8" flanges and I don't know what size the piping is... so I'm not sure if 1' 5/8" is any good... is it? what other questions should I ask about them to see how well they will perform?

thanks everyone,

What size are the primary tubes?
How are they finished?
What gauge steel are they made of, and is it mild or stainless?

.5" is a very thick flange, which will be good to prevent warping when tightening and heating.

In my opinion, primaries that are 1 1/2" or less are pointless since they are shorties. I would look for 1 5/8". That makes up some of the loss you have from having to have shorties instead of full length headers. I think this is why a lot of people who install shorties complain that they didn't notice any improvements. My headers are 1 5/8", and I definetly noticed an improvement over stock, mostly on the top end.
