Default I am sorry for this question

ok guys so I know technically this is wrong I am asking a bunch of dodge guys a Ford question but since I own a dodge and the Ford forums I have found suck I figured I would give it a shot because I think someone out there might know the answer. My friend has a 1989 bronco 4x4 and wants to do the coil spacer lift. My question is would he need anything else besides the spacers? Ford has the IFS so would they throw off his wheel camber and require new I-beam drop brackets? If anyone knows I would greatly appreciate it.

Oh yeah dont worry I already slapped him and told him to get a dodge!

no problem. ive never owned a ford to look at one but im going to say it might be alright with like a 1-1/2 to 2 in spacer. it would need to be realigned but. heres what ill do. ill find out for you and get back to you because i want to know this too as my friends just got one.

1 1/2" leveling coils work, but like mentioned already, it would need to be aligned. alignment would possibly require adjustable "cam" bushings if i remember correctly. anything higher than that requires drop brackets, drop steering linkage, etc. 4" lifts for those are pretty cheap, though.
