Default Relocating Inlet air Temp sensor

Is it the IAT sensor on the front of the intake manifold on the passenger side. Hanes manual did't have a clear location. I am thinking to relocate mine in the CAI tube.

Yes it is, directly behind the neck for the water inlet on the front on your beerbarrel. Dont expect it too do much if anything.

I have seen lots of posts from people who try it and it throws a code because they are running too rich, and their mileage goes down too.

Well, guess I won't, I don't want to screw up gas milage, just trying to get little more out on the low end. I think it is to slow from the green lights. My full dress Astro has more punch.

I'm not 100% sure the milage is affected... I have a fuel cooler mounted and wrapped fuel rails and I still get 14 mpg with 295's and 4.11's...
