Default good deal?

okay fellas, i gotta chance to buy a 95 reg. cab. short bed 4x4, 5.2 sport from a friend its got 150k on it [:@] however, heres the good stuff: stock rims w/ 265 bfg all terrains, brand new 16 in chrome rims with 33" bfg MUD terrains, all new 4wd stuff, trans rebuilt 10k ago, new front axles, transfer case blah blah, its dark blue w/ a red cloth interior, its also got brand new CAI and flowmasters its got aftermarket cd player and push bar its a manual as well, its kinda beat up and been beat on, but maintained well, i got my 02 qc 2wd for a daily driver so... PRICE $3000 is this a good deal? i dont know much about this gen also, if i shift it at 2grand all the time, what kinda mileage should i expect with those mods and the 33s

well.. i have a 01 1500 4x4 with a 5.2 manual.. i shift around 3,000 most the time and still get about 12-14 on the highway on 33's.. i'd say atleast 14mpg if you shift around 2,000, depending how good your engine is on gas with that many miles on it.. i only have 35,000. everything sounds good about that truck.. im just worryed about how much longer that engine will last.

Sounds like a good deal. $3000 probably covers most of the new parts and repairs done to it. Give it a good test drive first so you don't get any nasty surprises and test the 4x4. If it's beat up to the point of being ugly but rides good then make a different offer in the $2000-$2500 range.
