Default 1999 RAM V10 2WD Mods

Does anyone out there know what mods exist for this "not most popular" truck. I tried Suspension lifts, no luck. was told the only thing I can do is try Body Lift kits. Any thoughts? some people say they are safe and yet others say turn and run away.

I added bigger coil springs in the front at the suggestion of a off road shop which allowed me to stuff 285 x 75 x 16 tires with no clearance issues, the truck came stock with 235's which I think are too small for this truck, I did loose some power and pep by doing this and followed that up with a throttle body spacer which broght some of the pep back.

I want to eventually stuff some 35's in there if I decide to go with the body lift kit (still undecided) once this is done I am planning on doing some gear changes to bring the speedo back since with my current set up it's off approx 5-10 % and get rid of some of the sluggishness.

I also know with changing the rolling mass of the wheels bigger rotors are recommended.

I know this is kind of a loaded question but any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I dunno about going to bigger rotors, but you'll definitely want to change your gears in your rear-end if you're going to larger tires and wheels.

Also, take that TB spacer off and use it as a nice paper weight.

Get a set of headers, a fastman TB, or a performance PCM...something that will actually give you some gains
