Default Fan ?
I have noticed that my fan is on all the time on my truck. I start it when its 25 or 75 outside and it comes rite on. I just didnt know if this is normal.

Unless you have an electric fan, it will be on all the time.

The last time I looked our fans are thermal clutch -correct me if I am wrong.
