flashpaq tuner

hey i just reprogramed my ram 1500 5.7hemi with a flashpaq tuner is there anything i should change i set it at 130mph top speed limiter. Rev limiter at i think 6500 all in the performance mode, very happy with the results, it might shift a little high when im running it all out is that normal
