No heat
My 97" dodge does not heat up. The temp. is fine runs 220, no check engine light. I just cannot get any heat from the heater. It does blow a little but still feels cold. I just bought this truck 2 weeks ago, and am very new to Dodges. If anyone can help, or has an idea please post. If you need any more info, just ask. This is a 97" Dodge Ram 4x4 ext. cab with the 360. Thanks again!
wait... your temp gauge is reading you at 220? if thats acurate that is entirely too high.. id worry... if you have the stock 195 deg thermo and a properly operating coolant system you shouldnt go be going over 210.. not sure if a clogged heater core could make you run at those temps
Yeah 220 no good. check coolant level 1st. heater core could be clogged id recommend flushing 1st cheapest way. heater core in that your looking at taking the whole dash apart. then get ready for Evac/recharge of A/C system
