how high up the side of the box does your bedliner go? and is it an insert one or a spray in one? if its spray in yes for sure... as far as install I dont know the store I got mine from did it but it doesnt look all that hard but you will need 2 of you to lift it and make it square.

does it go above the lip of your box? there is a rail that C clamps to the top of the bed all around the box of your truck. everything is tied into it. im not too sure if you should clamp to the drop in bed liner and top rail or if it would even work. Maybe someone else has experienced the same thing. Sorry Im not much help to you.

I have a drop in bedliner in my truck, as well as a tool box that requres the clamps to go throught the stake pockets, which are covered. So what I did, was just cut holes to make it work. Im sure if oyu have the C clamp style you could do the same, cut some notches into your bedliner where you want your clamps and have atter.

The tonneau cover clamps down the same as a shell does. There are usually 3 clamps on each side. They are marked for where their placement should be, but it doesn't have to be exact. The bedliner will move enough to get the clamp under the edge of the bed rail as long as yours don't go over the rail. Had one on my last truck. Worked great. If I needed to carry something, I could just roll it to the front and it had straps with snaps that held it in place. Lay the cross supports on the side of the bed and go. Have a cab high shell and a stole it, $150. flat hard shell for this truck.

This is the brand I had. http://www.sportmasters.com/downloads.html
I had the slant side snap style. They show directions for each of their styles. There are several other brands as I'm sure you already know from looking.
