Default Transmission code help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok here is the problem, the transmission threw a code a couple of weeks ago, and we took apart the transmission and rebuilt it. (The trans oil pump went out) Well after a new torque converter and oil pump the trans is slipping and the check engine light just came on. The code it's showing is P 1757, does anyone know where I can find out what this code means? The truck is a 98 Dadge ram 1500 4X4 with 200,000 miles on her. The trans was in great shape no excesive wear on belts / clutches and the engine is strong. I'm just afraid that the code is being tripped for a servo or something electrical. is there any way to find out?

Thanks
Vince

There is no code P1757 on my list. There is, however, a code P0757 that indicates that shift solenoid B is stuck in on position.

Well I found out some more info here is the code discription

P1757 GOV Press Not Equal To Target @ The requested pressure and the actual pressure are not 15-20 PSI within a tolerance band for the Governor Control System shift for 1st, 2nd,and 3rd gear (Zero Pressure Malfunction)

I just need to find out who sells the pressure governor (other the dodge, I refuse to spend my money there)

You may be able to find one on ebay and I would suggest replacing both solenoids while you are in there. The solenoids are one of the main causes for transmission failors in our trucks. As far as I know dodge is the only place to get one.
