Default power lock help

Hey guys so all of a sudden my power door locks quite working. Both doors wont lock or unlock when i push the button. B/c its both doors and it happened at the same time I know its not the motors plus they still lock automatically when I start driving. Sometimes when I push the button the doors will make a sound like they are going to unlock but then dont. I really dont know much about electric stuff so any suggestions I would appreciate. I already checked the fuse and its fine. I figure there is a short in it somewhere I just dont know where or how to start.

Did you check the batteries in the remote. Mine stopped working and it was the battery..wouldnt hurt to try and swap some new ones in.

No its not the remote. i am talking about the buttons on the door itself. When I bought the truck it didn't come with a remote.

Download the manual from the merry Christmas section at the top of the forum. I haven't looked through it, but the wiring/relay info might be in there.
