Hey, I heard there is something with the Gen II diesel 16" alloys, that due to the extreme weight on the inside bead they generate hair line cracks. Is this something to be worried about? I was looking at picking a set up this weekend for my truck.

 

talkin about the factory alloys?

i just looked and there isnt any TSB's on it... unless your talkin about aftermarket alloys.. and i would assume you could get "heavy" duty rims for a 2500+ truck

 

They are the factory 3/4 ton 16 inch alloys. I think they only came on the diesels.
