Default easy door hinge removal?

The top hinges are worn out. I got a set of new ones, but it looks like one of the bolts comes from the inside out. How can it be easily removed without tearing out the dash? I really can't rebuild the existing hinges they are pretty bad. Let me know the easy trick to it.
thanks

Driver or passenger? Passenger is a PITA!!! I think you'll have to take the dash apart for that.

But I did my drivers upper hinge last yeah and didn;t have to take the dash apart. Given it as a real PITA its doable. You have to take your barking brake pedel and assembly off and then you can reach all the way up with your arm and fele the bolt. You can fit a small ratchet or wrench up there. Theres not alot of room to move it so be prepared to swear alot, drop the wrench, and take about 10 mins to get that one bolt out Much easier then taking the whole dash apart IMO!
