Default here's the tires i'm gonna go with...think this'll work ok?

i've been searching tires sites for weeks now trying to figure out what i want. i have come to the conclusion that i will be disappointed with anything other than what i really want...so with that in mind, i'm going with boggers

nows the fun part, trying to figure out the biggest size i can fit on the stock wheels and without a lift (for the time being).

i think i'm gonna go with 33 x 10.50/16 think this will fit ok?

also, whats the cheapest place to get em? that buy 3 get 1 deal that 4wheelonline.com isn't a great deal... their individual tire prices are MUCH higher than summit's. plus you have to add $80 for shipping. i did the math before and the tires though them would be LESS THAN $1 cheaper than summit (this is out the door prices..with shipping and all charges). anyone know of any other good place to get em? thanks

Whew boggers huh. Its your money and your truck and I'm sure you know you'll be in for a rouch ride, loud tires, and about 15-20k out of them.

Also be prepared for people to come on here freaking out saying your a moron for getting them, but they will look cool

Your probably gonna rub though untill you get a lift, both on you rinner fender and control arms at full turn. It shouldn't be to bad though, nothing thats not gonna "work"

yes i agree, but it doesn't matter, i LOVE boggers. rough ride and noise don't bother me...i had a '84 corvette with 155,000 miles and no cats or mufflers before this, and i loved it!

i was also considering TSL's because they look cool too and are alot cheaper...but in the end i'll regret not going with what i want

a lift is coming very soon

Might want to check with some local shops. The price might be a little higher, but add in the shipping cost. Then add the cost of someone local to mount and balance them. If you have a problem with a tire then what. Some local 4X shops can get decent deals. Just a thought......

ORIGINAL: Ram_Sport

how much lift did u buy>?

i picked up the cheapest lift from top gun customz, 3". $189 for the kit.
this is my first truck, and i've never done any real offroading before i got this Ram, so i figure i'll go cheap until i decide i really wanna stay with these trucks. i had three corvettes, and traded the last one i had for the ram. plus i've been aching for a cool little kit car or triumph/sunbeam/alfa. but i've been having fun going offroading with this truck except for two things: none of my frinds have trucks that i can go offroading with, and i KEEP GETTING STUCK! hopefully a little lift and some 33" boggers will help a bit.
