Default Wheel cleaner

Anybody got any ideas on the best wheel cleaner to use on alloy wheels? I'm talking spray it on, rinse it off, no elbow grease required.

I use Simple Green. It works great for the Engine too. Actually, I use simplegreen all over the engine and wheels, let it sit for about 5-10 minutes, then hose it off. Then before the engine dries I armor all the **** out of it, helps get the engine shiny =)

Cool idea! I am going to have to try that. How well does it remove the brake dust? In the past I have just used gunk engine degreaser and some steel wool. I think is was more the elbow grease that works than the gunk degreaser but the gunk does help loosen it up some. Will have to try the Simple Green though, Great Idea!!!

Yeah I have pictures of my old truck engine... I'm posting them right now...

Yeah just spray the snot out of it, let it sit, works wonders... I swear by it... The best part? Its natural stuff, and isnt gonna polute the environment (I would drink this stuff if I was paid...)

Edit: Heres a pic of my old truck and the engine compartment.

I agree I've been using that stuff for years. Works great for cleaning almost anything! I don't apply the armor all to my motor though...only my interior

westly's bleech white, stuff eats through brake dust.. dont use it on polished aluminum though, made that mistake on my s10. it'll oxidize the hell out of the aluminum if you leave it on too long. its the best tire cleaner ive found too, takes the brown off without hurting the tire, makes even the dirtiest tires look brand new with no scrubbing.
