38" tires

RE: 38" tires
I have a 96 Ram 2wd. Body lift with 33" on it.. 35's will fit but rib a little. With the Fabtech 6.5 inch kit (spindle, coil and c arm) you will be able to run 38's.. thats with the 3" body lift. True you run the risk of wearing parts out but thats with any vehicle. Neither 2wd or 4wd were designed to be lifted upwards of 6 inches and neither designs were hatched with 38's in mind. Quit whining about somebody that wants to lift their 2wd every time someone asks for help. If they wanted to build the ultimate offroad vehicle they would buy a K-5 anyways.

isnt that the purpose of a forum.. looks like these trucks are anywhere from 5 to 13 years old if a problem has occured or question has been asked, your right it probably has been covered. 5 years is plenty of time for all possible combinations of problems or incidents to occur where one might wonder hmm i have a question.. oh yea, thats right, not everybodys been around here that long, or had their truck that long

And even if you did have the same question, it's always better to start your own thread. That way those replying don't get confused as to what's going on, and who's truck is being asked about.
