Default RE: MPG?

One more question gentlemen, would the hubs being locked contribute to getting real bad milage?

Your responses were great and I really appreciate your insight.

The hubs being locked creates more unneeded rotating weight - which is a detriment to your mpg numbers. I have the mods listed in my signature below, and I get 11.8 to 12.8 on 87 octane. Combination city/highway every day.......

and I wouldn't be driving the 5.7 chevy either
No, not looking for great or even good mpg, just wanted to know what the raw average/range of mpg I could expect from the 5.2 and 4x4 w/130k miles.

Whats the best recommendation on plugs, wires, cap, rotor, etc? We just changed the oil, filter and put the K&N ($50) air-filter in it.
