I wouidnt recommend jacking from a fender... deffinatly would do some damage..... Best places are from the front tow hooks... if you got them and the hitch in the back. other then that use a block of wood between the jack and your bumpers and try that out.
I agree with dfly use tow hooks or hitch, I think these jacks are made for jeeps and go under the bumbers at the frame. If you lift up our trucks from the bumpers the tend to flex and never seam right after so if you have to use the bumper get it as close to the frame as you can. If you are good at fabbig make some plates to extend your frame out and use them as lift points, let me figure something out tommorow and I will let you know what I come up with. As far as those stock POSs toss them out and get a good hydro bottle jack. I got one and it fits in the stock location.
if you have straps and stuff you can use it as a winch to get yourself out. The only safe jacking area is the tow ks or a reciever. I wouldnt trust the stock bumpers.
Also you can get an attachment that goes around the wheel so you can jack the wheel up and put a stand under the axle.
when jacking on the reciever or tow hooks you wont lift the wheels until the suspension is maxed out.
