I've notice 2 things in the playoffs for the sharks... 1 the body checking has been steped up a notch or two and the Thorton/Cheecho line has yet to explode... god help the opponents when they do...

Heh, the Sharks blasted the Oilers last night....and really...I dont see the Sharks slowing down. They are in the groove...and are really starting to pick up the pace...if thats even possible...the Oilers only goal came after a 5-3 powerplay with 2 SJ players without sticks.....and you could even possibly argue interference on the Oilers as they were bodily on top of the goalie. That being said....the Sharks rebounded and spanked that a**!!!!!!

San Jose 2-0.....I smell some headhunting...

Did you see the hit on Connolly? He didn't come back for the entire game, stayed in the building which is a good sighn. He is questionable for the next game, I hope he comes back, Connolly is our best forward. Miller, holy crap, I wouldn't doubt he might be nominated for Rookie of the year, he's unstopable.

 

Yeah, I saw that hit....it was a cheap shot for sure....I wouldnt be surprised to see some fines slapped down on that...
