8-2 final!!!! JP Dumont and Jason Pominville BOTH got hat tricks...
helllllz yea... talk about some momentum for going to philly on friday!
flyers trashed the game from that nasty hit cambell gave umberger the other night...they wanted payback...
its been a LONG time since ive seen a 5 miniut penalty! and a GMC!
lol and Jagr is out for 2 games for the rangers... rangers are my second team but i HATE jagr

i agree.. all the violence really does livin the game up a bit... at heart i love hockey either way... i love good CLEAN fights that are watched by the refs...but the crap philly pulled tonight was rediculous. lindy said it best "played like a bunch of idiots"

Ahhhh reminds me off the good ole brawl between Colorado and the Wings a few years back. Any of you remember that?
The season prior there was "cheap shot" cross check by Colorado, where Drapers jaw was broken and he was hospitalized so the Wings were still pissed about it. At one of the face offs the center decided it was time to get back at the Ave's... The SECOND the puck was droped the center just went at it, gloves off all out. Then everybody else on the ice went at it, 5 seconds later both benches totally empty and just a brawl. The Ave's gollie (Roy) decided he wanted a part of the fight, so at center ice Shanahon (one of my favorites) tackled him. I remember that scene like it was yesterday, seeing Shanahon flying through the air to Roy, hahahaha!!!
