Default Shifting

Anyone know why my truck likes to wind out in 1st before shifting 2-2200 RPM, no slippage, knocking or anything, all other gears shift great. I heard about speed sensor on differential, anyone have any similiar issues that care to share their perspective fixxes.

pretty sure the speed sensor is pretty much for ABS and computer issues.. not tranny.. check your TV cable.. look in your haynes or the PDF manual for TV cable and it will explain what it is and how to adjust it

mainly its the cable that is connected from the TB throttle lobe to the tranny.. kinda like a better version of the old kickdown cables..sometimes need adjusting..

That adjustment would make a change across the entire power band, thats not the issue I am trying to deal with, shift points for 2nd to 3rd are within specs. If I adjust that cable it will throw entire shift pattern off. But thanks for the links
