I compression tested my 95 318 ram today and came up with 175 all the way across the board. Is that normal? I cant find the what
it should be stock or what the service limit is so i thought i would ask you guys. Any help would be apreciated

175 sounds about right...should be at least 100 psi, with all cylinders within 10% of each other...the reading is taken on the 3rd compression stroke...150-175 psi is a nicely sealed engine.

thank you very much. I found a fsm and downloaded it, and it said 100 minimum. I guess I was wondering what "new" was
because my engine has 170k on it. And i thought that 175 sounded a bit high
