your could always make some custom brackets that attatch to the frame and to the brush guard to place it...

Depending on your body lift manufacurer, you should get front brackers to lift your front bumper up. Last body lift I did was on my 91 chev K2500HD. And I too was running a body lift on it with my westin bush bar.

The kit came with dam near everything but the rear bumper brackets. You cannot tell the body was lift except for the body gaps in the rear and the rear bumper being a couple inches down.

I have that Westin like I said earlier, I also have a 3" body. Once I got my brackets I looked at how they mounted then measured the brackets. I had to actually make them shorter, not longer. The way Westins mount (I'm sure Maniaks are similar) is that the brackets mount to that cross member on the frame right up by the front bumper, so they hang down below that. Fortunitially there was a perfect 3" of "extra" material on the brackets. I measured, marked, and got out the sawzall. Then my friends dads bunndy is a welder for a living so I had him weld it just to make sure the welds are never gonna fail.

I'll take some pics of the brackets for you, my camera should be back from repair today hopefully. Also you can take some pics of your brackets and I'll see if I can come up with something to help, hopefully they mount the same.

Far left is a 79 yota on 49 inch IROKs, with dana 44 front and 60 rear (they didnt last one day), 400 SBC and turbo 400 (also didnt last the day. Lets just say it blew up in 2 separate holes and made a mess of the drive line

The one in hte middle is a 82 Yota on 38s, with a done up 302 ford, rear rad, etc, etc etc.....
