I wouldn't mind knowing what this color type sounds like to you all. I am going to paint my truck black but I'm either going to put orange, green, blue or silver. I think it wouldn't look to bad with orange racing stripes, from hood to the rollpan. The stripes would cover the grille. But I am just wanting to get some input on this and see what you guys would think.

 

yea. orange would be sweet. but do what you want not what other people want.

btw.. i go to osu and our colors are black and orange..

black and orange is a sick combo really bada$$

so is black with silver. i don't like the black and blue or green.

green truck with white stripes is one of my favs.

 

silver on black would resemble like the factory stripes on the SS/T trucks that were produced... and i think the other was white on blue..

silver and black is like milk and cereal... it just goes together

orange on silver would be like year round holloween lol

although i think it would look good

 

Well before I paint I need to find a grille. Does anyone know where I can get one just to paint on it. The only reason I am pretty sure that I am going with the Orange. Its seems like a pretty cool combination. But the grille is what I need. The one that I have is cracked and is missing the ram on the front. It was that way when I bought it. A buddy of mine bought a grille from the dealer for a pretty good chunk of change. I don't feel like pay to much for it and I heard there is a place you can buy one if cheap. Does anyone know where I can get one, not chrome, just because Im painting over it??
