i've been reading up that people just re-drill the holes.. im hoping i wouldnt need gap gaurds they were a pain to put on my old truck.. 315's rub with a 3 inch lift and their not quite 35 inches.. so 35x12.5's would rub pretty bad with just my 3 inch

You want need gap guards. The inner fenders on these are plenty big enough to cover up the gap the lift will leave.

Also yes to re-drilling the back bumper

Yes the kits comewith everything you need. Front bumper brackets, fuel filler hoses, linkage extensions, and steering extensions. The directions are pretty straight foward, and its pretty easy to do! Took me only a few hours to do mine.

Loosen the ground wires and the bundle at the top under the rubber that has a couple off drops to the rear of the engine. I just cut the center ty-raps that held it. Wires got tight as it was going up.

I didn't get the rear bumper brackets, I just re-drilled mine. The front edge of the frame on mine needed approx. 1/8 to 1/4 inch trimmed off for clearance for the relocation bracket to properly set the front bumper.

If you haven't changed your coolant lately, and/or have been considering doing so in the near future. Would be good to do first. The bracket that lowers the fan shroud is in front of the drain valve on my 97. Not a big issue, just one less bolt to take loose when draining.

Just follow the directions and take your time. The directions on mine didn't say how tight to tighten the body bolts. The dealer said 60 ft/lbs. Might want to verify this. The Performance Accessories kit was good.
