hey every one i was just wondering if anu one could tell me why i dont get any sound whenever i hook up an aftermarket cd player into my 2000 dodge ram quad cab

 

Do you have a factory amp? Do you know if you have an Infinity stereo package..or whatever maybe packaged with your truck?
If you do have a factory amp, you will need to find it's remote wire and connect the aftermarket remote wire to it.
