Hundredns of things. Your not gonna get a ton of MPG out of htem but a little maybe. (Generally more low end torque you get, better MPG) First I would make the engine breath better. Get an exhaust and replace your catylitic converter with a High Flow one. Also get a cold Air Intake like the K&N FIPK. Thos are a good start

Exhuast depending on where you go and what you get $200-350 (Take it to your local exhaust shop, don't buy a kit)
K&N FIPK $250ish

You could also get something like Headers but they can be kinda pricy but help alot. Hypertech or Superchips programers are good too. You can relaly get into it and replace the cam, heads, lifters, rockers, all that good stuff but thats alot of $$$.

I would suggest you check your truck for the common problems that zap HP and gas millage like a blown Plenum. Take your air cleaner assembly off and look down the TB into the intake. If theres a bunch of oil pooling down there, not good but easy fix.

Theres a few routes you can go. You can just replace the old gasket with the new one from Chrysler, but you run the risk if the same thing still happening. Reason they leak in the first place is because your intake manifold is make out of alluminum, and the belly "plenum" pan on the bottom is steal so they expand and contract at different rates, thus kinda tearing the gasket.

Best way to do it is to buy an alluminum plenum pan, that way your probably not gonna hae this problem again. I got my pan from APS Precision (www.apsprecision.com) but Hughes also makes one.

To be safe I went and picked up some Felpro gaskets for the job, i just don;t trust the Mopar ones

Theres a few right ups on how to do it if your planning on doing it yourself (I hope you do it yourself, otherwise your gonna be paying like $600 at the stealership) one can be found here www.pavementsucks.com/tech and steve00ram360 did a write up thats in the DIY forum on this site.
