OK why when i come to a stop pulling a trailer only it dosent shift down to first by itself? Would that be the torq converter also or something elts? Dont want to change just that and something elts is wrong also. dealer seid they tested the tcc switch by putting it in drive and tryed to kill the motor,and it only killed it two times out of the six. The guy that rebuilt the tranny use to be the dodge tec. that did all there trannys,and he didnt have time to check it out for me. He has built a few dodge trannys in his days and seid that he thinks its just the verter.

 

what trans? If its an re I would guess either the converter or the solenoid. if its an rh possible coverter or sticking valve.

 

ITS the RE! thanks. In the process of changeing the converter again. Cant seem to get one that will hold up.
