Almost done my truck
Just want to get some input on what else I should do with my truck.
It has a jet stage 2 chip K&N air filter High flow exhaust.

All depends on how much you want to spend.
If you want to increase performance first thing to do is remove the Jet Stage II chip, its costing you about 3rwhp. (JET=JUNK)
Get a Superchip, Hypertech or MP PCM, they will increase hp not decrease it like the JET chip does.
Hi flow cat and straightening out the pipes leading into the cat will help a fair bit

Gears, if you have 3.55s you may want 410s.
