frankenstien 5 inch lift lol, need advice guys!

Default frankenstien 5 inch lift lol, need advice guys!

ok heres the story a friend of mine sold me his upper and lower control arms 5in springs and 5inch shocks all skyjacker for 100 bucks so from what i gather I need a drop track bar bracket drop sway bar brackets a drop pit man arm and i'm assuming a 4in add-a-leaf for the rear( i think thats everything [&:]) i currently have one of those top gunz customs 3 inch lift which i really dont care for i mean its ok for what i paid for but i dont like having the back with blocks(axle wrap) and the front with spacers. anyways some helpful advice would be nice thanks for your time guys

1997 Ram 1500 quad cab 4x4
5.9 air raid intake
headman headers
flowmaster 3" exhaust (dual out the side)
3" suspension lift
315/75r16 eagle 16x10 polished alumnium wheels

remember though if your going to do a shackle flip its going to sit really un level with 5 inches front and rear. i would get the skyjacker drop bracket or get a thuren fab. track bar if you got the cash. the sway bar drops you can make out of some 2 inch C channel. i could take some pics on mine for you and measure it.

yea my same friend who sold me the contro larms did that he was actually running 10" springs with 5" control arms (the ones i bought) it looked really bad it brought the whole front axle towards the cab so he had a friend make a custom long arm kit but i'm just trying to do this the "right way" and i'd like to get it to sit as level as possible too, thanks for the help tani1500 and radwebster tty guys later
