Default 3" Spacer Kit

I need some help, i have a 98 dodge ram 1500 4wd pickup with a 5" superlift lift on it. If i put a 3" spacer kit on the front will i have to modify anything else? Thanks for the help.

your driveshafts and your break lines. the rear shaft might be fine but i think your going to have to get a new driveshaft made or buy a transfer case reindexing ring to turn the transfer case down so its not as bad an angle.
